Pues eso...

Llevo dias dandole vueltas y no encuentro una posible solucion... El tema es que el TOM TOM XXL ... solo tiene instalada la posibilidad de localizar puntos en el mapa a través de DMS en Grados, Minutos y Segundos, o al menos este mortal, con sus limitaciones solo encuentra esa posibilidad....

Y por otro lado... en el google maps del teléfono, me da tan solo la localización por decimales...

no se si me explico...

SUPUESTO:
Localizo un punto en el google maps... y me lo da por decimales... vamos a suponer... 39.964841 -2.026762 y lo quiero llevar a mi TomTom.... pues ya tengo el lio....

¿como puedo localizar ese mismo punto en el maps..pero con Grados GMS-....????

No sé si preguntas cómo configurar el cacharro para que le puedas meter coordenadas en decimal, o si preguntas cómo convertir.

Sobre configuración, no te sé decir, pero si es lo segundo, puedes usar cualquier web que te convierta sexagesimal a decimal (o viceversa). Por ejemplo:

También puedes hacerlo a mano con una calculadora, pero lo anterior es más cómodo ;-)

Recuerdo vagamente de cuando usaba TomTom.... ahora uso el maps, q en la configuración debe de venir, al igual q se eligen millas o km

la idea es esa.... localizar en el tomtom, la posibilidad de introducir datos decimales, pero no lo encuentro, creo que no se puede...

lo de convertir es otra opcion, tendre que indagar si en el telefono se puede hacer, en el ordenador si que se hace muy bien, con las pagians que me comentais,,,

seguro seguro seguro que existe alguna aplicación de android que lo hace.

lo digo porque no siempre tienes conexion a internet para hacer el calculo

No se si reportarlo...... puede ser potencialmente peligroso para la integridad mental del forero.
Creo que deberiamos ser mas prudentes.
Ah! Por cierto, en los modelos Garmin existen los dos sitemas que puedes cambiar facilmente en la configuracion.

google maps tambien te da las coordenadas en grados (latitud, longitud).....

Marcas un punto en el mapa...... te sale una ventana pequeñita con las coordenadas decimales..... esas coordenadas son un hipervinculo..... pinchas en ellas y te sale la ventana de la izquierda con las opciones tipicas de "ir alli" y las coordenadas en modo Latitud/longitud.

En Forocoches esto sería hilo mítico.

Me voy a copiar este post para contestar a los que meten spam preguntando por webs de ropa china.

En los Garmin se puede poner en muchos formatos incluyendo UTM que es lo que usa por ejemplo el Catastro (yo uso Garmin de senderismo), en el Maps se puede sacar en grados minutos segundos o en decimal.

En TomTom ni idea cómo, pero seguro que se puede.

Pero usando el Garmin BaseCamp para planificar los viajes y vacaciones, en el ordenador te diseñas las rutas, marcas los campings, los alternativos, puntos de interés, etc y luego lo pasas al navegador, una maravilla!!!

Pensar que hace muchos, muchisimos años, la conversion siempre la haciacon divisiones, si me prhibian una Casio cientifica que tenia. Bien caraen aquel tiempo. Cuando estudiaba nautica.
Donde este una buena Latitud y Longitud en ° ' y '' que se quiten los decimales. Ademas de ser una localizacion mas intuitiva.
Dudo que no hayafuncion de conversion en los aparatos modernos.
En mis tiempos, un GPS era como un reproductor de video de VHS.
Pocos yates y barcospequeños lo tenian.
Ahora,,,hasta en un reloj.
Tenia 18 y ahora 58, en poco tiempo cumplire los 59.
Aun tengo la capacidad de asombro intacta porque cada dia hay algo que me maravilla.

es un código fuente que te traduce... tambi´ñen puedes tenerlo en local en el teléfono sin necesidad de conexión a internet.
